On occasion patients are required to travel to out of town locations to obtain specialist and outpatient medical services.  Patients are often accompanied by one or more family members who provide support and comfort to the patient.  Patients and their family members may not have a friend or relative with whom they can stay and must stay at a commercial property. 

The listed properties offer accommodation at discounted rates to patients and their families who are required to travel to out of town locations to access non-emergency care.

Discounted room rates are subject to availability and at the option of a property.

  2. Inquire about proof of medical necessity, if required.

Properties are paid directly by the patient or family member and billing arrangements are made between the patient or their family and the property, subject to the property’s usual payment terms.
